The Atypical HUS Foundation

We returned at home this weekend. It's a new life, a new birth. No more dialysis, preparations, connection, disconnection ... 1 hour and a half we have available in our schedule. Unbelievable. Lou-Anne is going superbly. It devours. Although it continues to urinate, so that the layers are not enough night. She has to learn. It does piss over her since the age of 1 year. What happiness! I wish us all to know that.
She had her injection of Soliris Friday before going out. She does not complain of no effect. It is shaped. Moreover, it is 8 g / l of hemoglobin. How will she be 12 g / l. We find our daughter in shape. What a pleasure!
This morning she is descend of bed by herself. It states that connected to the dialysis and could not move. She quickly realized that there was no tubing and it was free ...
I put some recent photos online.
This morning we have an appointment at the hospital for tests LDes. We have appointments three times a week until 15 August and then we'll be there two days a week and then one day a week and then every 15 days for the injection of Soliris.
What a beautiful work of medicine.
